3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Receipt of the order will be confirmed to the customer electronically immediately. The automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is expressly confirmed by LittleBottle Shop or the goods are dispatched.

4. Prices and Sales Tax

In the event of defects in the goods, the customer may assert the statutory rights to subsequent performance, withdrawal, reduction, and, if applicable, damages.

The baby bottle offered is to be used exclusively in accordance with its intended use and the safety and usage instructions provided or specified in the product offer.

Before each use, the bottle and in particular teats, closures, and other components must be checked for damage.

Damaged or worn components must not be reused.

12. Liability

LittleBottle Shop is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

The limitations of liability do not apply to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or in cases of mandatory statutory liability.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict mandatory legal provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
